Application Instructions for Transfers and Patches.

Embroidered & Sublimation Patch Application

1. If using a sublimation patch, remove the wax paper backing before pressing.
2. Position the patch on the hat and secure it with heat tape. Place a protective barrier like parchment paper over the patch to prevent ink transfer and a Silicon sheet to prevent creasing.
3. Press at 300–315°F with medium pressure for 25–40 seconds.
4. Allow the patch to cool for 15–30 seconds, then carefully remove the heat tape.

✨ Glitter HTV Transfer Instructions ✨

1. Place your design sticky side down, with the glittery side facing up toward you. Secure it with heat tape.
2. Press at 300°F for 15–20 seconds using medium pressure.
3. Let it cool for 20–30 seconds, then slowly peel off the carrier sheet.
   
• If parts don’t stick fully, simply re-press those areas. Patchable & Layerable:

• 🔥 PRO TIP:

Always use a silicone or Teflon protective sheet over the design to avoid creases.

If using a silicone mat, extend your press time slightly for best results.
